NewRiver Retail announces that a copy of its Annual Report and Accounts for 2013 is available from the Company's website at www.nrr.co.uk. Printed copies of the Annual Report and Accounts for 2013 together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting will be posted to shareholders on 5 June 2013.

The 2013 Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00am on Thursday 4 July 2013 at the offices of Pelham Bell Pottinger, 6th Floor, Holborn Gate, 330 High Holborn, London, WC1V 7QD.
