The Company was notified today that Lynn Minella, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, acquired 26,356 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in BAE Systems plc at a price of 409.78 pence per share on 29 May 2013.  The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.
