Beazley plc Employee Benefit Trust

The board of Beazley plc announces that Beazley plc Employee Benefit Trust has purchased 380,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company on 24th May 2013 at an average price of 233.4p.

The Beazley plc Employee Benefit Trust now owns 15,771,020 ordinary shares of 5p each (3.02% of the issued share capital).
