Transaction in Own Shares & TVR

Leeds Group announces that it has purchased 25,000 of its own Ordinary Shares to be held in treasury at a price of 20.5 pence per share.

As a result of the above purchase, the total number of Ordinary Shares now held in treasury is 3,925,658 and the number of Ordinary Shares in issue (not including those held in treasury) is 27,674,342.

For the purposes of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company's total issued share capital at the date of this notice comprises 31,600,000 ordinary shares of 12p each, with one voting right per share. There are 3,925,658 shares held in treasury, representing 12.4% of the total issued share capital.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 27,674,342.

The above figure of 27,674,342 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
