Retirement of Director

WH Ireland, a leading financial services group, announces that, following the end of the financial year ended 30 November 2012 and the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today, John Scott has decided to retire from the Board with immediate effect.  John will continue to be employed by the Group as an Investment Manager looking after a portfolio of clients from WH Ireland's Manchester office.

Richard Killingbeck, CEO, commented: "The Board of WH Ireland would like to thank John for his contribution to the Board and the Company`s progression since his appointment in July 2010".
