DCC plc announces that on 20 May 2013, 15,000 shares were transferred out of the Company's holding of treasury shares pursuant to the exercise of options under the DCC plc 1998 Employee Share Option Scheme. The subscription price paid for these shares ranged from €12.75 per share to €18.05 per share.

DCC now has a total of 83,708,423 shares in issue excluding treasury shares and 4,520,981 shares held in treasury.
