Tracsis confirms that it has received notice that following the issue of shares by Tracsis, announced on 9 May 2013, Ennismore Fund Management Limited's existing holding of 1,500,000 Ordinary Shares (of which it holds 1,233,029 Ordinary Shares on behalf of the Ennismore European Smaller Companies Fund and 266,971 Ordinary Shares on behalf of Ennismore European Smaller Companies Master Hedge Fund) now represents 5.94% of the total issued share capital in the Company and 5.94% of the total voting rights in the Company (a decrease from above 6%).
