AGM TRADING STATEMENT

Staffline, the national outsourcing organisation providing people and operational expertise to industry, held the Group's Annual General Meeting at 10.00am this morning.

At the meeting Andy Hogarth, Chief Executive of the Group, made the following statement on current trading:

"The Group has traded well since the publication of the Preliminary Results in February and we continue to experience a strong demand from both new and existing customers.

The Group continues to evaluate bolt-on acquisition opportunities to expand our reach geographically as well as our expertise to reach our long term growth targets. Whilst it is still early in the year current trading remains positive and the Board are confident the Group will meet market expectations for 2013."
