DIRECTORATE CHANGES

CLS Holdings plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Claes-Johan Geijer as an independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Mr Geijer, 55, has over 25 years' experience with international banking and commercial organisations in Europe and the United States.  For the last 10 years he was Chief Executive Officer of Banque Carnegie Luxembourg, a private bank in Luxembourg. Claes-Johan holds a B.Sc. from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman of CLS, comments:

"I am delighted that Claes-Johan has joined the Board.  His international banking and commercial experience will enhance the Board's experience in an area which is very important to the Group."

There is no further information required to be disclosed pursuant to LR 9.6.13 and Mr Geijer does not have any beneficial interest in CLS's ordinary shares.
