Southampton, UK - 9 May 2013: Synairgen plc (LSE: SNG), the respiratory drug discovery and development company with a particular focus on viral defence of the lungs, today announces that notice of its 2013 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has been posted to shareholders and will shortly be available on the Company's website, www.synairgen.com. The AGM will be held at 12 noon on Monday 10 June 2013 at the offices of Fasken Martineau LLP, 17 Hanover Square, London W1S 1HU.
