Clarification re Final Dividend

Further to the announcement of 2 May 2013 the Company confirms that the final dividend of 38 pence per ordinary share of one pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") will be paid on 8 July 2013 to shareholders on the register on 7 June 2013 and the Ordinary Shares will therefore become ex-dividend on 5 June 2013.
