In accordance with paragraph 9.6.14 (2) of the Listing Rules, Dr Trudy Schoolenberg, Non-Executive Director, has advised that she has been appointed as a non-executive director of Low & Bonar PLC, an international group manufacturing and supplying a wide range of products to the performance materials industry. Dr Schoolenberg's appointment is with immediate effect. Low & Bonar is listed on the London Stock Exchange.
The Board is satisfied that Dr Schoolenberg's appointment with Low & Bonar complies with the UK Corporate Governance Code 2012 ("Code") and, in particular, will not interfere with her ability to discharge her responsibilities effectively (Section B.3 of the Code).
