Ormonde Mining plc announces today that it has published its 2012 Annual Report and Accounts which is being posted to Shareholders.  A copy of the document, including Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy, will shortly be available on the Company's website www.ormondemining.com. The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at the Conrad Dublin Hotel, Dublin, at 11.00 a.m. on Thursday 6th June 2013.
