Offer for Subscription of Ordinary Shares

The Directors of Maven Income and Growth VCT 4 PLC confirm that, on 30 April 2013, the Company issued and allotted 680,394 Ordinary shares of 10 pence pursuant to the Offer detailed in the Prospectus published by the Company on 1 March 2013.

As a result, the number of Ordinary shares in issue is 26,403,172. There are 3,968,876 C Ordinary shares and so the aggregate number of shares in issue and the number of voting rights in the Company is 30,372,048. The Offer Prices at which the shares were issued and allotted was 97.7p per Ordinary share.

The Offer for Subscription has now closed.
