ANNOUNCEMENT

Infinity Capital Investments S.A. informs investors and shareholders that, in accordance with the provisions of art. 19 para. (3) from the F.S.A. Regulation no. 10/2015 and art. 70 of EU Regulation no. 231/2013, during the year 2024 it proceeded to review the policies and evaluation methods used for the evaluation of the financial assets in the Company's portfolio.

Following the review, the net asset valuation methodology, annex presented in the Asset Valuation Work Procedure, has not undergone any changes.

The updated form of the Work Procedure regarding asset valuation can be accessed on the company's website www.infinitycapital.ro, section https://infinitycapital.ro/wpcontent/uploads/Procedura-de-lucru-privind-evaluare-activelor-Infinity-en.pdf.

Any changes in the evaluation policies and methods will be communicated to investors and the Financial Supervisory Authority, according to the regulations in force.
