Total Voting Rights and Blocklisting Application

Total Voting Rights

In respect of the month of April 2013 the Company has on 26 April 2013 issued 741 shares as part of the Company's Share Incentive Plan ("SIP"). In conformity with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company confirms that, as at 26 April 2013, the issued ordinary share capital of the Company consisted of 284,225,515 shares with voting rights attached (one vote per ordinary share).

The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury at the date of this disclosure. The issued share capital figure can be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The issue of shares under the SIP have been made under the Company's existing block listing entitlement.

Blocklisting Application

The Company announces that application has been made to AIM for a block listing of 90,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The application is in respect of further Ordinary Shares to be allotted pursuant to future awards under the SIP.
