Beazley plc ("the Company") announces that on 26 April 2013,

David Andrew Horton transferred 161,963 ordinary shares to his spouse Sophie Emma Horton.  

At 26 April 2013 David Andrew Horton and his connected person/s were interested in 1,555,087 representing approximately 0.30% of the issued share capital of the Company.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.
