NOVATEK PUBLISHED 2012 ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH UKLA LISTING RULES

Moscow, 26 April 2013 . OAO NOVATEK (the “Company”) announced today it has published the Company’s 2012 Annual Report prepared in accordance with the rules and regulations promulgated by the UK Listing Authority Listing Rules.

The 2012 Annual Report is now available to view or download from the Company's website at www.novatek.ru, and an electronic version has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, which will shortly be available for review at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
