Further to the announcement by WEARE 2020 PLC on 18th April 2013, the Company announces that the change of name from WEARE 2020 PLC to Jaywing plc is now effective.

Shares in the Company commence trading under the new name and new TIDM ('ticker') of JWNG from 08:00am today. The Company's ISIN remains unchanged.
