Deltex Medical Group plc (the 'Company') was notified on 18 April 2013 that on the prior day the BlackRock UK Emerging Companies Hedge Fund purchased 558,821 Ordinary Shares in the Company, bringing its total holding to 7,803,232, being approximately 4.75% of the total voting rights in the issued share capital of the Company, following the increase in share capital as a result of the recent placing.
