On 19 April 2013, Persimmon plc (the "Company") was informed that on that day Persimmon (Share Scheme Trustees) Limited transferred 98,913 ordinary shares in the Company to a participant in one of the Company's share schemes. The shares were transferred by the employee benefit trust for nil consideration. Each of the executive directors of the Company is a potential participant under the Bonus Share Scheme and is therefore regarded as having a notional interest in these shares.
Following this transfer, Persimmon (Share Scheme Trustees) Limited holds 55 shares in the Company.
The issued share capital of the Company on 19 April 2013 was 303,835,755 ordinary shares.
