Further to the announcement made on 17 April 2013, the Company announces that it has on 17 April 2013 published a circular to shareholders convening a general meeting of the Company to be held on 3 May 2013, seeking shareholders' approval of the proposed disposal of CPPNA Holdings, Inc.
