Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 December 2012 and Notice of 2013 Annual General Meeting

Tribal Group plc ("Tribal" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2012 and the 2013 Notice of Annual General Meeting.

Tribal announced its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2012 on 14 March 2013.

The Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of Annual General Meeting are available on the Company's website by accessing: http://www.tribalgroup.com/investors

The 2013 Annual General Meeting will be held at 2.30pm on 17 May 2013 at the offices of Osborne Clarke, One London Wall, London EC2Y 5EB.
