Adjournment of Annual General Meeting

The directors of CAS ("Directors") announce that due to an incorrect resolution included in the notice of meeting attached to the Company's Report and Accounts, in respect of the year ended 31 October 2012, the Annual General Meeting of the Company which was due to have taken place on 17 April 2013 at 10.30 a.m. has been adjourned to a time and date to be determined by the Directors.  The revised meeting will be convened as soon as is practicable and a further announcement in this regard will be made in due course.
