Notification of Major Interest in Shares

The company has been notified that following their subscription to the share issue, effective today, Argos Funds, 10 Boulevard Emmanuel Servais, L-2535 Luxembourg has increased its holding from 12,158,767 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence in the Company ("Shares") (representing 8.92% of the then-issued share capital of the Company) to 13,785,941 Shares  representing 9.88% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
