Directors' Shareholding and Additional Listing

Deltex Medical Group plc (the 'Company') was notified on 10 April 2013 that Ewan Phillips, Chief Executive and Paul Mitchell, Finance Director have acquired respectively 100,000 and 93,478 of ordinary shares of 1p each, as the result of the exercise of options under the Company's 2003 Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme.

Following the above purchase, Ewan Phillips owns 1,409,773 ordinary shares representing 0.86% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. Paul Mitchell owns 269,974 ordinary shares representing 0.16 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

Accordingly, application has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. The shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 18 April 2013.

Following this, the total number of voting rights in issue will be 164,383,628.
