The Company was notified on 11 April 2013 that on the same day, Lifestyle Investments PVT Limited, a shareholder connected to Vijay Aggarwal, a Non Executive Director of the Company, disposed of 27,000,000 shares at a price of 15.5p. The beneficial interest of Lifestyle Investments PVT Limited in the Company's shares following this disposal is 145,707,247 ordinary shares of 1p each, representing 24.97% of the issued share capital.
