Staffline announces that it has been notified today that Tim Jackson, Finance Director, has acquired 150,000 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company pursuant to the exercise of options.

Following the transaction, Tim Jackson holds 0.63% of the issued share capital in the Company.
