Offer for Subscription for Ordinary Shares

Pursuant to the offer for subscription announced on 1 March 2013, the Company issued and allotted 3,643,812 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each on 5 April 2013 and, as a result, the number of Ordinary Shares in issue is now 25,722,778; there are also 3,968,876 C Ordinary Shares in issue. The Offer Price at which the shares were issued and allotted was 97.7p per Ordinary Share.

It is the Board's intention that the Ordinary Shares to be issued in respect of the 2013/2014 tax year will be allotted by no later than 30 April 2013.
