The Company has received notice today that, Nick Holmes, a director of the Company, sold 4,054 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his and his family's personal shareholding at a price of 1,430 pence per Ordinary Share. The transaction was effected today.

Following this sale, Nick Holmes' beneficial interest in the Company is 40,510 Ordinary Shares representing 0.31% of the Company's issued share capital.
