Scrip Divided Scheme - Scrip Calculation Price
In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Scrip Dividend Scheme, the Scrip Calculation Price, in respect of the third interim dividend for 2012/13, which is proposed to be paid on 10 May 2013, is 547.2p.
The deadline for receipt of a mandate by the registrars (or withdrawing an existing mandate) is 5pm on 18 April 2013.
