Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was informed on the 2 April 2013 that on 27 March 2013, Ramon Borrell, Research and Development Director, transferred 4,660 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to another account in his name. This was effected through a sale and purchase transfer across accounts at a price of 415 pence per Ordinary Share.

The beneficial shareholding held by Mr. Borrell is unaffected by the transfer of these Ordinary Shares.  Both before and after the transfer Mr. Borrell held 168,717 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.23% of the current issued share capital.
