Notification of a Transaction of a Director

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2. (R), the Company was notified on 28 March 2013 that Tim Jones, Chairman and Non-Executive Director, had purchased 569 Ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 421.85p per share.  The shares are registered in the name of Alpha Trustees Ltd.

Following this purchase, which took place on 28 March 2013, Tim Jones has a beneficial interest of 11,320 Ordinary shares of Treatt, being 0.108% of the issued share capital of the Company.
