RM confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 November 2012 has today been posted to shareholders, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and associated form of proxy.

These documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for viewing at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM and are also available on RM's website at www.rm.com/investors.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at 9.00am on Wednesday 24th April 2013 at 140 Eastern Avenue, Milton Park, Abingdon, Oxon, OX14 4SB.
