Close Brothers Group plc (the 'Company') wishes to notify that Shonaid Jemmett-Page, a non-executive director of the Company, is also a non-executive director of Greencoat UK Wind PLC, having been appointed to the board of that company on 5 December 2012.

This announcement is made pursuant to the Company's obligations under Listing Rule 9.6.14R (2) and following the admission to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange today, 27 March 2013, of Greencoat UK Wind PLC.
