SCRIP DIVIDEND ALTERNATIVE - ADDITIONAL LISTING

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the admission of 356,637 Ordinary shares of 40.7 pence each in the Company to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for these securities to be admitted to trading. The application has been made pursuant to the Scrip Dividend Alternative in lieu of cash for the interim dividend for the year ended 31 March 2013. Admission is effective from 4 April 2013.
