Grant of options

Tracsis confirms that following a meeting of the Remuneration Committee on 26 March 2013, it was agreed today that share options would be issued to several Tracsis Directors as follows:

·     John McArthur             100,000

·     Rodney Jones             50,000

·     John Nelson                50,000

·     Charles Winward        50,000

(together the "Options")

These share option awards were originally due to be granted following financial year end July 2012 but due to the Company being in various Close Periods since August 2012 this has not been possible.

In the case of John McArthur, the options were granted under the Company's EMI Share Option Scheme for the purpose of staff retention and motivation.  

The Options have an exercise price of 175p pence per share and will vest in equal 3 month intervals over a period of 24 months from date of grant and once vested are exercisable at any time for a period of 10 years from the date of grant.

Options in Tracsis plc currently held by the above Directors, excluding those issued today are as follows:

·     John McArthur             140,000           (exercisable at 52p per share)

·     Rodney Jones             262,551           (exercisable at 40p per share)

·     John Nelson                175,034           (exercisable at 40p per share)

·     Charles Winward        87,517             (exercisable at 40p per share)
