Domino's Pizza Group plc (the "Company") announces details of a Save As You Earn Share Scheme 2013 ("SAYE 2013") grant with an option price of £4.30 relating to savings made over a three year period.  SAYE 2013 options were granted on 25 March 2013 to eligible employees of Domino's Pizza UK & Ireland Limited, Domino's Pizza Germany Limited and Domino's Pizza GmbH, the Company's main operating subsidiaries in the UK, Ireland, Germany and Switzerland, and this includes the following Directors and PDMRs:
