Director Shareholding

The Board of RWS Holdings plc ("RWS" or "the Group") announces that it has received notification on 20 March 2013 that Peter Mountford, a Director of RWS, has been made aware of an additional interest in 10,755 shares of RWS, held by the Bradmount Small Self Administered Pension Scheme (the "SSAS") in which he has an interest.

As a result of the above, Peter Mountford now has an interest in 13,755 ordinary shares of the Group representing 0.03% of the Group's issued share capital.
