CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

The Board of Clarkson PLC ("Clarksons") the world's leading shipping services group, is delighted to announce that Nicholas Bucksey has been appointed Company Secretary from 11 March 2013 to succeed Steve Deasey, who will retire as Company Secretary on that date.

Nicholas is a qualified Barrister and has over 10 years of experience working as a Company Secretary and Corporate and Commercial Lawyer in FTSE listed companies such as Countrywide PLC, Ricardo PLC and more recently Group Company Secretary for SHL Group and Urenco.
