Director Shareholding

IDOX announces that on 8 March 2013, the Company was informed that Rt. Hon. Peter Lilley MP, Non-Executive Director of IDOX, purchased 21,000 IDOX ordinary shares at a price of £0.59 per IDOX ordinary share and, simultaneously, his wife, Gail Lilley sold 21,000 IDOX ordinary shares at a price of £0.5821 per IDOX ordinary share, both transactions being effected on 14 February 2013.

Following the purchase and sale, Peter Lilley's beneficial interest in the Company has not changed.
