Beazley plc ("the Company") announces that on 7th March 2013, Mr David Andrew Horton transferred 111,514 shares to his spouse, Mrs Sophie Emma Horton.

At 8th March 2013, Mr Horton held no shares and his connected person/s were interested in 1,393,124 shares, representing approximately 0.26% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Beazley plc was informed of this transaction on 7th March 2013.
