Directors Shareholding/PDMR

Hunting today announces the following share transactions by Directors of the Company.

Dennis Proctor

On 7 March 2013, Mr Proctor received 46,625 Ordinary shares in the Company following the partial vesting of awards granted to him on 26 February 2010 under the Company's Performance Share Plan.

Following this transaction, Mr Proctor's beneficial holding in the Ordinary shares of the Company increases to 1,267,097 Ordinary shares, representing 0.86% issued share capital in the Company.

Peter Rose

On 7 March 2013, Mr Rose received 19,196 Ordinary shares in the Company following the partial vesting of awards granted to him on 26 February 2010 under the Company's Performance Share Plan. Mr Rose subsequently sold 9,982 Ordinary shares, at a price of 908.6p per share, to fund personal tax liabilities, with Mr Rose retaining 9,214 Ordinary shares.

Following this transaction, Mr Rose's beneficial holding in the Ordinary shares of the Company increases to 52,410 Ordinary shares, representing 0.036% issued share capital in the Company.
