Tristel plc (AIM: TSTL), the manufacturer of infection prevention, contamination control and hygiene products, announces that Ms Elizabeth Dixon, Finance Director, has today acquired 6,567 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at 22.5p each. 

Following this transaction Liz Dixon will be interested in 20,067 ordinary shares, representing 0.05% of the issued share capital of the Company.
