Princess Private Equity Holding Limited: Disclosure according to article 26,

section 1 WpHG (Securities Trading Act)

Princess Private Equity Holding Ltd received the following Voting Rights notifications according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG on 27 February 2013.

(1) On 27 February 2013, Mr. David Abrams, USA informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG, that via shares, its Voting Rights on Princess Private Equity Holding Ltd., St. Peter Port Guernsey, fell below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on 22 February 2013, and on that day amounted to 2.96% (corresponding to 2,056,910 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 2.96% of the Voting Rights (corresponding to 2,056,910 Voting Rights) are to be attributed to Mr. Abrams in conjunction with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 2 WpHG.

(2) On 27 February 2013, Abrams Capital Management, LLC, Boston, Massachusetts, USA has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares, its Voting Rights on Princess Private Equity Holding Ltd., St. Peter Port Guernsey, fell below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on 22 February 2013, and on that day amounted to 2.96% (corresponding to 2,056,910 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 2.96% of the Voting Rights (corresponding to 2,056,910 Voting Rights) are to be attributed to Abrams Capital Management, LLC in conjunction with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 2 WpHG.

(3) On 27 February 2013, Abrams Capital Management, L.P., Boston, Massachusetts, USA informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares, its Voting Rights on Princess Private Equity Holding Ltd., St. Peter Port Guernsey, fell below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on 22 February 2013, and on that day amounted to 2.96% (corresponding to 2,056,910 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 2.96% of the Voting Rights (corresponding to 2,056,910 Voting Rights) are to be attributed to Abrams Capital Management, L.P. in conjunction with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 2 WpHG.
