Ricardo PLC (the "Company") announces that it has received notification today that Mrs Judith Harper (wife of Michael Harper, the Chairman of the Company) today purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of £3.97 per Share.

Following the above transaction, the total beneficial holding of Shares of Michael Harper and his connected persons is 35,000 Shares representing approximately 0.07% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

The above notifications are intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule ("DTR") 3.1.4R.
