RECOMMENDED PROPOSALS TO CONSOLIDATE MIG 4 SHARE CLASSES, MERGE MIG 4 AND ORTUS (TOGETHER THE "COMPANIES" AND EACH A "COMPANY") (TO BE COMPLETED PURSUANT TO SECTION 110 OF THE INSOLVENCY ACT 1986 ("IA 1986")), ISSUE NEW MIG 4 ORDINARY SHARES PURSUANT TO AN OFFER FOR SUBSCRIPTION AND RELATED MATTERS

Further to the announcement dated 1 March 2013, the Boards would like to confirm that the shareholder meetings will be held on the following dates:

·      Ortus VCT PLC (first general meeting and subsequent class meetings) - 10.00am 26 March 2013

·      Maven Income & Growth 4 VCT PLC (general meeting) - 11.00am 26 March 2013

·      Ortus VCT PLC (second general meeting) - 3 April 2013-03-04
