This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4(1)(a).

On 28 February 2013 The Paragon Group of Companies PLC granted awards over ordinary shares with a nominal value of £1 each to the following directors under the Paragon Performance Share Plan 2013.

No consideration was paid for the grant of the awards, which have been structured as nil-cost options.

The awards will normally vest on the third anniversary of grant and will then remain exercisable until the day before the tenth anniversary of the date of grant, subject to the relevant individual's ongoing employment.  The vesting of the awards will also be subject to the Company achieving performance targets relating to the Company's total shareholder return and earnings per share performance over a three-year period.
