CHANGE OF DIRECTOR DETAILS

In accordance with paragraph 9.6.14 (2) of the Listing Rules, Mr Mark Vernon, Group Chief Executive, has advised that he has been appointed as a non-executive director of Liqtech International, Inc. ("Liqtech"), a clean technology company that provides technologies for gas and liquid purification using ceramic silicon carbide filters. Mr Vernon's appointment is with immediate effect. Liqtech is listed on the OTCQX, the premier tier of the US OTC market. 

The Board is satisfied that  Mr Vernon's appointment with Liqtech complies with the UK Corporate Governance Code 2012 ("Code") and, in particular, will not interfere with his ability to discharge his responsibilities effectively (Section B.3 of the Code).
