Announcement of dividend payment date and associated ex-dividend date

Following the announcement of a proposed final dividend of 0.1p in respect of 2012 on 19 February 2013, Pendragon announces that the proposed dividend will be paid on 30 May 2013. The associated ex-dividend date is 8 May 2013 and the record date is 10 May 2013.
